Shipping policy
Every Anchorcraft piece is built in our Los Angeles factory. Here is how it gets to you.
Shipped pieces
- Ships by UPS Ground within 1–3 business days once your piece is complete.
- Complimentary shipping on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $10.
- We ship to the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. For Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US, call (310) 800-2592 or email us.
- You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
White glove pieces
- Built to order and typically ready for delivery in 10 days.
- Complimentary delivery in Southern California. Delivered and set in place by our own truck and crew, to the Anchorcraft standard.
- We will call you to schedule a delivery window.
- Outside Southern California, call (310) 800-2592 or email us and we will plan your delivery together.
Local pickup
Pick up your order at our Los Angeles factory at no cost. We will email you when it is ready. Pickup is by appointment.

Expedited production and shipping are available. Call (310) 800-2592 or email us and we will tell you what is possible.
If something arrives damaged
- Shipped pieces: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece and the box. We will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to send the damaged piece back.
- White glove pieces: our crew inspects every piece with you at delivery. If you find anything after we leave, tell us within 7 days and we will make it right.
