We build every piece to outlast you. If any part fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will send you a replacement part free, including ground shipping in the contiguous US, for as long as you own it.

Who is covered

The original purchaser of an Anchorcraft product bought from anchorcraft.com, from our factory, or from an authorized Anchorcraft dealer. “Lifetime” means for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Coverage starts on the delivery date.

Commercial use is covered for 5 years from delivery.

What is covered

• –Every Anchorcraft-made part: modules, drawers, panels, tops, bases, shelves, stainless rounds, pins, hooks, brackets, plugs, hardware and threaded inserts.
• –Defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use.

What we will do

• –Send a free replacement part, with free ground shipping in the contiguous US.
• –If a part cannot be replaced, we will repair or replace the product, or send an equivalent part, at our option.
• –Our parts are designed to swap by hand or with a hex key. In Southern California, our crew installs module parts free. You are free to install parts yourself or have anyone you choose install them.

What is not covered

• –Normal wear: scratches, dents, scuffs, patina, and finish wear from use.
• –Natural variation in wood grain and veneer color, and color change from sunlight.
• –Outdoor use, standing water, moisture or heat damage.
• –Accidents, misuse, pet damage, or damage from moving the product yourself.
• –Modifications, or damage caused by non-Anchorcraft parts or repairs. Using other parts or service does not void this warranty, only the damage they cause.
• –Labor and installation, except as stated above.
• –Cushion fabric, which carries its maker’s warranty. We will help you file that claim.

How to make a claim

Email hello@anchorcraft.com or call (310) 800-2592. Include your order number or other proof of purchase date, and a photo of the part. We will reply within 2 business days.

Legal terms

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from delivery. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Anchorcraft is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
