Refund policy

We build every piece to last a lifetime. If it is not right for you, here is how returns work.

Shipped pieces

  • Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
  • Return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item price.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by you. Shipping charges on orders under $70 are not refunded.
  • No restocking fee.

White glove pieces

  • Cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund.
  • Return within 14 days of delivery. In Southern California, our crew picks it up. A 15% restocking fee covers pickup.
  • Outside Southern California, return terms are set at the time of order.

Final sale

Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned. This includes custom finishes and colors, custom lengths and heights, volume orders, and systems specified by consultation once production begins. They are still covered by Free Parts for Life.

Damaged or defective

Always covered at no cost. See our Shipping Policy for damage in transit and our Limited Lifetime Warranty for defects.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@anchorcraft.com or call (310) 800-2592 with your order number.
  2. We will send return instructions and the return address.
  3. We issue refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Want a different finish? Return the original and place a new order, or call or email us and we will handle it together.
